As much as possible of therejected material shall be returned to the producer or supplier.The producer or supplier shall,on request，furnish tothe purchaser a certificate stating that the material has beensampled,tested,and inspected in accordance with this specification, and has met the requirements.Marking Rolls for ldentification—Unless otherwisespecified, each roll shall be marked on at least one end with the nominal thickness and producer’s name or trademark. Themarking material shall be such as to resist obliteration duringnormal handling and shipping.The material shall be packaged to provide adequateprotection during normal handling and transportation.The typeof packaging and gross weight of containers shall，unlessotherwise agreed upon,be at the producer’s or supplier’sdiscretion. Packaging methods and containers shall be soselected as to permit maximum utility of mechanical equipment in unloading and subsequent handling.
