22 Construction
22.113 Replace the text by the following.
Toasters having an ejector mechanism shall be constructed so that they switch off automatically after the normal toasting time even if the ejector mechanism is blocked by the bread.
Furthermore, toasters having an ejector mechanism shall be constructed so that they switch off automatically after the normal toasting time even if the operating lever is held down. This requirement is not applicable to toasters having an ejector mechanism if the operating lever is recessed to avoid it being inadvertently held down by a vertically moving roller door or the like.
